All new franchisees participate in an 18-day program conducted by our Training Staff at the Jimmy John's Training Center located in Champaign, Illinois. Once completed, franchisees will attend a four week apprenticeship program at an approved location closer to their home market.

Prior business experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications, individual motivation and a track record of success are important factors in our evaluation process.

Wienerschnitzel offers comprehensive six-week program designed to acquaint the franchisee with the day-to-day requirements of operating a Wienerschnitzel restaurant. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of prospective franchisees that fall within all levels of restaurant and business experience and to effectively prepare franchisees to operate as successful, independent business people. Wienerschnitzel offers support throughout the restaurant development process, including the areas of: referencing several banks to obtain SBA and conventional financing, site evaluation, training, and obtaining design and construction plans.  Ongoing support consists of management training, providing marketing materials, and providing an established distribution system.
